It's not like you can buy Max Payne for PC anyway, but if you really want to do it legally (despite the game being practically 14 years old now), this is your chance. I just downloaded the game and played for 15 mins or so, and even though it is very glitchy, I thought it was awesome! I mean, what other game has a bullet time feature? And awesome graphics? And awesome sound effects? Just try it! You'll love every minute of the 35-hour campaign. Plus there are over 20 multiplayer maps to play with friends or bots. It easily beats any Call of Duty game... 1. Go to the following link 2. Click on the download icon located inside the red rectangle. (This will initiate a download of an exe file, which you should run once downloaded) 3. A brief 5 second survey will flash across your screen, after which two icons should appear on your desktop. One icon is MaxPayne1_Trial and the other is PayDay: The Heist *NEW* Icon (You can delete this icon if you wish). DO NOT DELETE THE MAX PAYNE 1 ICON! 4. Copy the MaxPayne1_Trial file from your laptop/desktop/phone/etc... to your C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam\\steamapps\\common\\Max Payne PC Demo directory. 5. Start Steam and go to the Games menu, then Library, then choose "Tools" then select "Extract Files..." and navigate to your C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam\\steamapps\\common\\Max Payne PC Demo directory 6. Once you have found it, choose "Extract files..." and you should see a new folder named 'Max Payne 1 Demo' on your desktop with a .zip file in it. Double click on this file, and you will have all of the files from the demo in a folder named Max Payne. 7. Open up your C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam\\steamapps\\common\\Max Payne PC Demo directory and look for Max Payne. You will see a folder titled 'Max Payne Demo' with the .exe file inside that, rename it to 'MaxPayne1_Trial'. 8. Open up your C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam\\steamapps\\common\\Max Payne PC Demo directory and create a new folder titled "Sound" 9. Copy your sound files from your MaxPayne1_Trial file or from one of your other . exe files to your new audio files folder. (This will be the only thing that must be done to complete the process). 10. Close Steam and restart it 11. The Max Payne Mini-Version will now appear in your games library, you can access it by going to "Games" then "Library" and selecting demo versions. 12.
